1. campuran polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) yang diubah suai dan plumbum (Pb) 0.01-0.03mm, bahan tahan pakaian yang boleh membentuk filem pemindahan semasa operasi untuk melindungi poros penggilingan. Lapisan serbuk tembaga, 0.20-0.3mm, meningkatkan kekuatan gabungan PTFE / Pb dengan lapisan lembaran tembaga, dengan keupayaan dan rintangan memakai yang baik. Koeksien konduktif haba yang lebih tinggi boleh memindahkan haba yang dihasilkan dalam proses operasi dengan cepat. 3. Substrat tembaga 0.7 ~ 2.3, meningkatkan keupayaan bantalan dan penghantaran haba, dan mempunyai rintangan kakisan yang lebih baik. |

| Ciri-ciri Aplikasi |
Selain daripada kelebihan yang sama dengan SF-1, ia juga mempunyai ciri-ciri berikut: Oleh kerana tembaga itu sendiri mempunyai prestasi self-profitnya, ia boleh digunakan untuk bahagian-bahagian yang memerlukan masa kerja yang lama dan tidak dapat dijaga dengan rintangan kakisan yang lebih baik daripada SF-1. Digunakan secara meluas dalam majlis asid lemah dan alkali, mesin pelabuhan, mesin kapal, industri keluli metalurgi, laluan roller persegi mesin pengecoran berterusan, bahagian cincin keluli tungku suhu tinggi, pam semén dan penghantar spiral. Ia boleh digunakan dalam gabungan keluli di luar, atau dibuat dengan tepi terbalik, permukaan hujung, lubang dalaman dan geseran serentak. |  |
